Sizes on the jackets may run small for males.

 A male who wears an A2 gi, 5' 11" tall at 175 lbs who normally wears a large, preferred a 2XL in this jacket.  XL fit but probably would not have had room to wear a hoodie underneath.  Other guys who tried the jacket on that normally wore XL preferred the fit of this jacket in 3XL. 

A female who wears an A00 gi, 5' 1" tall at 115 lbs who normally wears a small preferred this jacket in an XS.
